Alice M. Swingle

        Alice M. Swingle, Oct 19, 1998, age 85, RR1 Waymart died Monday afternoon at home after an illness.  She was the widow of Kenneth Swingle who died Dec. 14, 1989.

        Surviving are three sons, Karl F., Gouldsboro, Ronald L., Roseland, NJ, and Alvia E., Princeton Junction, NJ, two daughters, Evelyn Freiermuth and Patricia Burdick, both of Waymart, 18 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

        She was preceeded in death by a son, Kenneth Jr, a daughter Darlend Black, six sisters, Minnie Lamberton, Josephine Shaffer, Georgina Lawrence, Verna Cobb, Mabel Swingle, an infant sister Mildred, four brothers, Alvia (Kestor), Earl, Charles (Herman), an infant brother, Kenneth Minor, and two grandchildren.
