Submitted by: Nancy Beach What was Neapolis, where was it located, and what unofficial role did it play in Nebraska's history. Point here for Kaylynn Loveland's answer ---> Neopolis, in Saunders County, was to be the Capitol of the Nebraska Territory in January of 1858. It was near Cedar Bluffs and a hill near there is still called "Capitol Hill".
